Linting Xue
Linting Xue was a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. She defended her Ph.D. entitled "Incorporating Task-specific Features into End-to-End Models to Extract Argument Structures from Natural Language Corpora." in the Spring of 2020.

Dr. Xue interested in the graph data mining methods for educational graph data and argumentation mining to detect the structure of the arguments. Her research is focused on automatically graph grammars induction for student-produced argument diagrams. The induced graph grammars can be used as features for automatic grading and provide the hints for argumentative writing. She is also working on the argument mining techniques. She is presently employed as an NLP/NLU Engineer at Google Research.
