Short Bio

Born in Xi'An city in northwestern China, Zhe Zhang finished his undergraduate study in 2003 from the University of Science and Technology of China with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In 2004 summer he entered the North Carolina State University to pursue his graduate study co-majoring in Operations Research and Computer Science. He got his M.S. in May 2006 and currently he is working toward his Ph.D. degree.

Zhe Zhang worked in stereo image rendering for his Master's thesis project. After entering Dr. Ma's group, his research work is focued on distributed file storage techniques.
